Dear God,

This night, remember that my body is tired and my mind requires rest. Please give me peace to know you are in control of all the things which occupy my attention.

Jesus, I abandon myself to you, the pursuit of your glory and the experience of your presence. May it not be in vain.

Renew me with your Holy Spirit, the cleansing water and purifying fire.
